Tree safety assessment
Surveys consider a property owner’s duty of care to visitors and occupants. Talking Elm uses the Lantra Visual Tree Assessment method to apply established tree-risk management principles.
Inspection and reporting
Inspections can be carried out from the ground and, where appropriate, may involve aerial inspection with qualified climbers or unmanned aerial vehicles. Observed defects, pathogens and potential risks are recorded.
Practical recommendations
A report sets out any recommendations for safety work. Talking Elm can also provide tree location mapping and a schedule of works to help identify trees and required action.
